This week's sermon recommendation is the sermon "What Makes the Good News Good? Seeing the Glory of Christ" by John Piper. It was preached in May of 2005, and it is a wonderful audio prelude to his marvelous new work, God is the Gospel. I listened to the sermon twice last week while traveling back from New Orleans. And today, while traveling to Los Angeles to attend the Shepherd's Conference (at Grace Community Church where John MacArthur pastors), I began reading the book.
